Bubs went to the zoo with Daddy today on a field trip for school. So glad that they had that time together. Bubs is by far the least demanding of the three and sometimes in this house the squeakiest wheel gets the most grease. Because of that Dad and Bubs probably get the least amount of "alone" time.
Bubs had a friend in his group with him. Brian said it was so neat to see the interaction. He really has come a long way socially. He said they played chase and were running and playing silly games. He enjoys interacting with kids now. I also am so impressed that five year old in his class has really found him a "friend." What a neat kid!
Bubs liked the monkeys the best. Seems fitting since he's been a fan of Curious George for about four years now! He even fed the giraffes this year! :) He was so excited to get to see the alligators. He really liked those when we saw them in Savannah. He talked about them for almost a year since we went to Oatland Island.
I sadly wished I had gotten to go with him but it was the best thing for Bubs. He's talked about it all afternoon. He really needs his "dad" time and Daddy needed his "Bubs" time. We all do! :)
